We are seeking a full time Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities:

Supervise kitchen by managing supply, inventory, storing, and preparation of food.

Supervise staff of 15-20 employees, scheduling, training, overseeing sales.

Implement policies & protocols
Skills
-
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similiar role.

Proven customer service experience as a manager.
-
Familiarity with restaurant management software.
-
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
-
BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary schooling a plus.
