We are seeking a full time Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen by managing supply, inventory, storing, and preparation of food.

  • Supervise staff of 15-20 employees, scheduling, training, overseeing sales.

  • Implement policies & protocols

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similiar role.

  • Proven customer service experience as a manager.

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.

  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary schooling a plus.
